Product Description:
An electric actuator is an electric drive that transforms the rotary motion of an electric motor into the linear reciprocating motion of an actuator. It can be used in various simple or complex processes as an execution machine to achieve remote control, centralized control or automatic control.

• Way of working:

When the linear actuator is connected to the power supply in the positive direction, the linear actuator will extend. When the linear actuator is connected to the power supply/battery/adapter/other DC24V  in the reverse direction, the linear actuator will retract.

You can be equipped with wired or remote controller

• Working principle:

- linear actuator each side contains a travel limit switch. When the telescopic rod runs to the top or to the top, it will automatically disconnect the electricity.

- The linear actuator will not idle. Cut off the power, it can be stop at any position, with self-locking function.

- The linear actuator is driven by a DC motor with a screw drive. The telescopic rod can only be retracted without rotation.

- The linear actuator is positive and negative. For example, if the positive electrode is stretched and the negative electrode is shrunk, the telescopic direction of the rod can be changed by changing it.

How to protect your linear actuator:

1. Please use the 24V DC power adapter.（Same voltage as linear actuator）
2. Please do not exceed the rated load.
3. All the stroke linear actuator have duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stop. The duty cycle of this actuator is 20%. it means that your actuator needs 4 minutes to rest for every 1 minute of work. If the actuator keeps working for long time, the motor is easily burnt out.
4. Please be careful, waterproof level：IP54, but the actuator not completely waterproof.
